Paris twice in one year may seem much for most tourists but it certainly wasn't for us. It has to be said that one of the best places in the world to (window)shop is here - they really make a production of it - and all for the price of free admission. Galeries Lafayette and Printemps have made a mark in my psyche, with special thanks this year to Louis Vuitton and Prada. The maddening crowds may have dampened the spirit a bit, but the magic that they created for the season surely made up for it. Joyeux Noël and Merci beaucoup!
